Company: ConAir is #1 in personal care items which include hairdryers and hairsetters, curling irons and brushes, men's and women's grooming products, mirrors, massagers, and bath spa products. Issue: ConAir was looking to significantly grow their brush business in all market segments.
Overview: In early 1990, Fred O'Kasick Sales worked with ConAir to develop a long-term retail strategy to increase their hair brush business. One of the key breakthroughs was the development and management of a rack that went in-line into the shampoo sections of key retailers.
Resolution: The program was a resounding success into the "bulk end" of the business and has grown dramatically over the past 10 years enabling ConAir to leverage this success across multiple categories. |
